These terms are the agreement between you and S-Indie LabS, operated by Shailen for using Couplay. By creating an account you agree to them.
Who can use Couplay
You must be 18 or over, and allowed to use the app where you live.
One account per person. Use your own first name and real, recent photos of yourself.
Be kind and honest
Don’t harass, threaten, bully or demean anyone, or post hate speech.
No nudity or sexual content, and nothing involving anyone under 18.
Don’t pretend to be someone else, use other people’s photos, or create fake accounts.
No scams, spam, asking for money, or selling or advertising anything.
Don’t try to break, overload or get around the app’s privacy and safety features.
Your content
You own what you post. You let us store and show it inside Couplay so the app can work (for example, your photos in Discover, your messages to your matches). This permission ends when you delete it or your account.
Only post things you have the right to share.
Safety and moderation
You can block or report anyone at any time. Reports are reviewed, and we may remove content, put an account on hold or close it if it breaks these terms. If you think we got it wrong, write to us.
A Verified badge means a reviewer matched a selfie to the main photo. It doesn’t confirm someone’s identity or that they’re safe to meet.
Couplay never pressures you to meet. If you ever decide to meet someone, meet in a public place, tell a friend, and read the safety tips in the app. You are responsible for your own interactions, online and offline.
Games and matches
Match percentages and play profiles are friendly estimates from your answers, not a guarantee of compatibility. Just-for-fun games and scores never affect who you’re shown.
Price
Couplay is free to use right now. If we ever add paid features, we’ll tell you first and you’ll choose whether to pay.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in Profile → Safety. We may close accounts that break these terms.
The legal part
Couplay is provided as it is. We work hard to keep it running and safe, but we can’t promise it will always be available or error-free.
As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for how other users behave or for indirect losses. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to any mandatory protections under the laws that apply where you live. Courts in India will hear disputes related to these terms, except where applicable law requires another venue.
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we’ll tell you in the app before the change takes effect.
